Rack, or wreck the deck.
Clean and jerk. Who? Clean and you.
Jerk a pood or two.
Clean and jerk. Who? Clean and you.
Jerk a pood or two.
I wrote this while cruising along Highway 280, homebound from my lesson with Rif this morning. We worked on the push-press, clean & jerk, pistol, and a better grip to facilitate the corkscrew snatch. It is such a treat to be able to continue my training with Rif. There is so much to learn and too many pitfalls to avoid that it is imperative that we never stop seeking out teachers who can help us do better. "Learning is like rowing upstream: to not advance is to drop back." (Chinese proverb)
